• Content You Provide: We process the code you submit to the Service to provide you with an AI-generated response. We do not store this code on our servers after the response has been delivered to you.
• Usage Information: We may collect data related to your use of the Service, such as request counts and feature usage, to manage your subscription and improve our Service.
• Technical Information: We may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and device information for security and performance purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process transactions and manage your subscription.

• Supabase: Our backend service provider for database hosting, authentication, and cloud functions. Your account information and usage data are stored with Supabase.
• Stripe: Our payment processor for handling subscriptions.
• Anthropic (Claude): Our AI model provider. The code you submit is sent to their API for processing. They do not use your code to train their models.
• Cloudflare: Our network infrastructure provider, which helps with security and performance.

We ensure that these third parties are compliant with GDPR and have appropriate data protection measures in place.

5. International Data Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We ensure that such transfers are made in accordance with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data.

Your personal data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase. We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information, except where we are required by law (e.g., for financial and tax records) to retain it for a longer period. As stated, code submitted to the service is not stored by us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
