1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skierfe AI service ("Service"), a service provided by ROKK Grid AB ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these documents, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skierfe AI is an AI-powered code assistant designed to help developers understand, convert, and secure their code. The Service is provided "as-is," and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided.

Skierfe AI functions as an intermediary service that sends your code to third-party APIs (e.g., Anthropic's Claude) to process and generate AI responses. We do not permanently store your code, and your code is not used to train our or our third-party providers' AI models.

3. Third-Party API Usage

Our Service relies on third-party APIs to function. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by these third parties in accordance with their terms and privacy policies. While we strive to partner with trusted providers, we are not responsible for the data handling practices of these third parties.

4. User Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enter into a subscription agreement for the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to verify your age and may request additional information to confirm eligibility.

5. Subscriptions, Cancellations, and Refunds

You can manage and cancel your Subscription at any time from your profile settings page. The cancellation is effective immediately and prevents future renewals. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as outlined regarding your 14-day right of withdrawal for the initial purchase, which is forfeited upon your first use of a paid AI request.

6. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the code you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process "Your Code" via third-party APIs solely to provide you with the Service.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and using the AI-generated code. ROKK Grid AB is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your use of the code outside our servers, including but not limited to implementation in production environments, security vulnerabilities, or copyright infringement.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service and cancel your subscription.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of ROKK Grid AB.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ROKK Grid AB be liable for any indirect damages. We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or data leaks caused by the third-party APIs used to deliver the service. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Force Majeure

ROKK Grid AB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services, including technical failures of third-party APIs.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.
